After waiting two weeks for an appointment I was asked almost no additional questions about how to replicate the issue. I gave more info, and when I picked up they told me the issue was expected functionality. I’m not sure they even bothered to replicate it since I don’t expect a car to feel like it’s coming apart at the seams at highway speed. I definitely don’t think I’ll be keeping the lease after it’s up. And probably won’t be coming back.Response from Key Cadillac of South Burlington
