I called and left a voice mail stating my name and vehicle and that it had a check engine light on and waited for them to call. When they call they didn't say anything about the check engine light and tried to sell me an oil change and cabin air filter. The day of the appointment they looked at it and they found the problem and told me that chevrolet did not have a fix for it at this time. In my opinion changing out the part for another one even knowing that it was going to fail at some point just to keep the check engine light of probably would have been the better choice over just sending the car out and telling the customer it's okayand not to worry about it at this time.

Everyone is so kind and professional. I explained my concerns, was listened to and and everything was addressed in a timely manner. My husband and I took the shuttle, had lunch, came back and the car was done in a few more minutes.

Was able to check the car in on time with my scheduled appointment. We used the free shuttle to go out to eat . When we got back a short wait later found out what was wrong with the car . Waiting on parts but safe to drive . Looking forward to completing the work when possible Service is very good , the staff is very friendly Highly recommended
