Personnel worked quickly and efficiently

A completely great experience. It's been 15 years since I purchased a vehicle and the Key team was excellent to work with. Sophie Ferrone is a shining star! She is thorough, personable, very friendly and so enthusiastic. I love my new Equinox! If I'm ever in the need for another vehicle, I will definitely be traveling across Lake Champlain to Key Automotive!

The dealer charged me way too much for my back brakes and the frequency of changing as well. I won't return to the dealer for services for anything other than my inspection and oil changes. I've lost Trust with Key Motors.

My sales rep, Hank Barnes was excellent. I had told him what I was looking for the day prior and when I came in the following day he had selected a truck to test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for. He had also laid out different purchase and lease options for me to look at which made my selection even easier.
